Who is the Vegetarianist?

Let me just say, loud and clear, that I am NOT a vegetarian. I like bacon, too much. But in the kitchen, I am lacto-ovo vegetarian. My husband decided to go vegetarian this year, and to support him, I have become a vegetarian cook. The only meat products in our house are for El Jefe, pictured here. I am a follow-the-recipe kind of cook, meaning I rarely can take credit for inventing a recipe. I live and cook in LA.
